Our Policies
Please carefully read all of the policies before booking.
Payment
Once your proposal is approved I will email you an invoice and require a non-refundable 50% deposit fee to secure your date.
Deposit Fee
Once your proposal is approved, the 50% non-refundable deposit fee is required to secure your date. Your date is not secure until we receive the deposit. Your remaining balance is due at least 48 hours prior to your proposal. I will not set up your proposal if I do not have your payment in full.
Proposal Liability
During the duration of your proposal, you are liable for any lost of stolen or damaged equipment and can be charged a fee if any of these occur. Additionally, do not leave your proposal unattended in any circumstances.
When you are ready to leave, please contact me and I will return ASAP.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Proposals cannot be canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to your proposal. Rescheduling can only be done 48 hours prior to your proposal. I will reach out to confirm a different date which is subject to availability.
Weather Conditions
Weather can be very unpredictable. If the weather conditions on the day of the proposal do not permit for a picnic, you may reschedule your proposal for a later date with no penalties. Once again subject to availability.
